Wellness Room Founder Membership
Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
By enrolling in the Wellness Room Membership, you agree to the following terms:
Your membership is non-transferable and is for the individual (or family, if purchasing a Family Plan) named on the account.
Membership includes up to 3 Wellness Room sessions per week.
Sessions are Monday through Thursday, with a maximum of 5 attendees per session.
Booking is required through the app at least 24 hours in advance.
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booked session.
Missed sessions or late arrivals are non-refundable and will not be credited.
Repeated no-shows may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges.
Sessions require at least 1 registered attendee to proceed; otherwise, the session will be canceled.
If 3 or more members request a new time slot and the schedule allows, additional sessions may be added at the owner’s discretion.
By participating, you confirm that you are in suitable health for frequency-based wellness sessions.
If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, or other health concerns, consult your healthcare provider before attending.
Do not attend if you have a contagious illness.
Please arrive on time, maintain a quiet atmosphere, and treat the space, equipment, and other members with respect.
No food or open beverages are allowed in the Wellness Room.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian unless otherwise arranged.
Memberships are billed monthly and will auto-renew until canceled.
You may cancel anytime with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
No refunds are issued for partial months or unused sessions.
The Wellness Room and its owner, Wholly Jubilee LLC, are not responsible for any injury, adverse reaction, or outcome related to the use of the PERL machine, facility, or any related services.
All sessions are for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
As a Founding Member, you understand this is a pilot program and the schedule, offerings, and policies may change based on member feedback and operational needs.
